Theo White Biography:
· Wrestled competitively for 20 years.
· 2-time state placer and team captain for nationally ranked Lake Stevens high school.
· Washington Greco-Roman state champion and multiple time freestyle and Greco state placer.
· Tri-State champion.
· 3rd place Washington Open freestyle state.
· Northwest regional freestyle champion and voted most outstanding wrestler.
· NAIA western regional runner up for Southern Oregon University.
· University Nationals Greco-Roman All-American.
· 6-time US Open competitor.
· Wrestled at North Idaho JR. College, University of Iowa, and Southern Oregon University.
· Trained at Team Militich and Team Quest.
· Trained Brazilian Ju- Jitsu with Team Revolution.
· Studied Muay Thai Kickboxing for two Years at North Idaho JR. College.
· Member of the Sothern Oregon University Boxing Club for 2 years.
· Retired from MMA undefeated.
As a Coach:
· Served as Head Coach for Sacred Heart Middle School wrestling team for two seasons(SOMSAC Sportsmanship award winner).
· Served as Assistant Coach for the Southern Oregon University wrestling team under coach Mike Ritchey.
· Assistant Coach for the Phoenix high school wrestling team.
· City of Talent Summer youth Kickboxing camp head instructor.
· Head Coach at the Rough House Kickboxing Academy.
· Currently Coach MMA, Wrestling, Boxing, and Kickboxing at Rogue Valley Martial Arts under Head coach Dirk Stafford.

Theo white has three kids and lives in Ashland, Oregon with his wife Deja.
